Fantastic bike, even more fantastic customer service. 

The specs you get (internal hub, belt drive) for the price is simply unbeatable. Had a relatively minor issue with my bike, customer service was extremely quick to respond and shipped me a new part, no questions asked. 10/10 could not be more satisfied.

PRACTICALLY PERFECT

If I were to build a perfect ebike it would have the best, proven industry components like a German-made motor and an LG battery. I would go with the Enviolo and carbon fiber drive system and never have to bother with greasy chains and touchy derailleurs ever again. I would opt for air shocks over springs, ride it on Kenda tires and keep it simple stupid with a controller that does not require a degree in computer programming to operate. I would have the frame built and components assembled in Taiwan where most of the worlds bikes are made, where they know what they’re doing and opt for sizing and weight of the components to fit the geometry of the bike, not too big and not too small. Finally, I would offer an unheard-of 3 year warranty backed by exemplary and personalized customer service and sell it for way less than any other eBike in its class. It was hard to pull the trigger on a bike I’ve never test ridden. I have ridden countless eBikes and, after a single ride on my new Serius, have no regrets buying 2 of these.

Great bike for a great value!

I just took my VVolt S/M Alpha S out for the first time since assembling (which was super easy) and am so excited for warmer weather! The bike rides smoothly, is easy to use, and feels so sturdy while weighing much less than competing bikes. What you are getting is a simply great bike for an amazing value.

CUTIE PIE BIKE

I was looking for an e-bike that 1) did not scream, "I'm and e-bike!!! Heavy and clunky!" 2) had a belt drive and 3) came in a fun color. After looking on Reddit, reading reviews, looking in stores, and then more digging around online, I settled on the Centauri in the Mars color. It's been a month and I! LOVE! THIS! BIKE! The continuously variable transmission hub: dope. It's so fun to dial in the perfect setting for where I'm riding and the amount of effort I want to put in. Easy to set up, even easier after watching the video. Beautiful lines. The downside: not a great range compared to other bikes on the market. I'm patiently waiting for the bigger capacity battery to come in stock. Otherwise, solid purchase. I'm glad I bought this one.

Speedy and Smooth

Way more fun than driving, and it cuts time off my commute over the car or my regular bike. I have the Centauri with warp core upgrade. My office is over a small mountain/big hill from home. Riding the Centauri is about 15 minutes faster than the regular bike on the way in and 30 minutes faster on the way home with more uphill (plus I'm not working so hard that I need a rest when I get home.) I charge at work so I can run full power whenever needed, otherwise, I get from 20-30 miles per charge. I might get a bigger battery at some point but it's convenient enough for me to charge at the office. Overall the ride is really smooth and quiet. I ride up behind other riders in the bike lane with squeaky chains and clunking shifters and I'm glad I've never had to maintain the belt or shifter.

You may find intimidated by purchasing an ebike online, especially across the country, Vvolt made it super smooth. There is a 3 year warranty and if you have any issues with the bike, the team will happily find a solution. I enjoy commuting every day at work with the Alpha, design is beautiful.
